About the Artist

Valerie Bradley has been drawing since she was a small child.  She created murals and posters, as well as attended all adult oil painting classes at a young age.  As a child of a military family, she also was privileged to visit many museums while living in Europe. In her summers away from high school, she was accepted into the painting and sculpture programs at L'Ecole nationale supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris.  These opportunities cultivated a love of art and a desire to hone her skills to become a proficient oil painter. 

Most recently, Valerie has been working in oil paint as a portraitist, however, she also enjoys working in other mediums.  If you look through the catalogue of works for sale, you will find examples of watercolor, ink, pencil, oils, acrylics, collage and other media.  Valerie is inspired by the great masters of traditional realism, impressionism, post impressionism, and surrealism.  You can see a variety of styles and interests in her works.
